Thank you for shopping with us. We are proud to be a British-based brand, and currently, we exclusively offer shipping within the United Kingdom. Our goal is to ensure your items arrive safely, promptly, and in perfect condition.
Delivery Methods and Rates
We offer two straightforward shipping options to meet your needs. Standard Delivery is available for £3.95 and typically arrives within 3 to 5 working days. For orders over £100, Standard Delivery is provided free of charge.
If you require your items sooner, we offer Express Delivery for £6.95. This service generally takes 1 to 2 working days. Please note that orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday will be processed the same day; orders placed after this time, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the following working day.
Domestic Coverage
Our service covers all postcodes across the United Kingdom, including mainland England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We also deliver to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, though we kindly ask that you allow an additional 1 to 2 days for delivery to these offshore locations.
Order Tracking
Transparency is important to us. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This will include a unique tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website (Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri), allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress every step of the way.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our couriers will typically attempt to leave your parcel in a pre-nominated safe place or with a neighbour. If this is not possible, a calling card will be left with clear instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from a local pick-up point.
